All pieces of Sarah Pulvertaft jewellery are made in the UK and delivery times vary.

Some pieces are held in stock and can be dispatched within 2-3 working days, others, particularly rings, are made to size for you once your order is placed and can therefore take 2-3 weeks.

You will receive an email confirming delivery time once your order has been placed. If you need something urgently please contact me and I'll do what I can to get your order to you in good time - info@sarahpulvertaft.com

All pieces come packaged in a beautiful box in an unbranded padded envelope.

Delivery Details and Charges

UK Delivery:

Items are posted using Royal Mail insured and guaranteed next day delivery: cost £7

International Delivery:

Items are posted using Royal Mail International tracked and signed service with an estimated 5-9 working days delivery: cost £12

EU orders will be inclusive of VAT (20%)

Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT (20%) and this will be removed at the checkout.

Please be aware that any duty and taxes that may be due in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

I hope you'll be very happy with your purchase of Sarah Pulvertaft jewellery, however, if for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase I'll exchange the piece or refund you for the purchase.

If this is the case please notify me within 7 days of receipt of the item and return the item within 14 days of receipt unworn and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the safe return of items to Sarah Pulvertaft. The item is your responsibility until it reaches me, therefore I recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you to the value of the goods. I cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit and the cost of return delivery is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will be refunded if the item received was sent in error or was faulty.

Earrings, bespoke and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged but I'm happy to discuss alterations at cost to the customer.

In the case of international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer.

To arrange a return please email info@sarahpulvertaft.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or replacement.

All jewellery is subject to wear and tear. Subject to inspection, I'm happy to offer quotations to undertake reconditioning and repairs of my designs.

I recommend that you return your Sarah Pulvertaft jewellery to me by guaranteed and signed for mail and I'll contact you to confirm its' arrival and follow up with a quote for the work.

Payment for all repairs and reconditioning is taken in advance and returns are made within 2 weeks unless otherwise stated.
